This as a consequence, opens up an opportunity for the masses to be Information Techonology(IT) contributors rather than mere IT consumers. Which is crucial for the nation, if it is to really benefit from the IT revolution.

To make this possible, everything has been kept under General Public License(GPL). So the product, data as well as the software of anusaaraka belongs to everybody in a real sense.
