Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, the founder
of the Chinmaya Mission initiated a unique
method to study the essence of Vedanta, in the
form of easy lessons, without any books, at
home. He specially designed this course to cater
to the different types of students all over the
world for the subjective development of their
personality without interfering with their
official, social or domestic commitments.
There is no need for one to change faith,
religion or spiritual master to do this course.
Any one irrespective of caste, creed, religion
or nationality can do this course. If this
course were faithfully followed, one would gain
sufficient maturity and spiritual stability
leading to one's personality unfoldment.
This Foundation Vedanta Course is available
through both the mail and e-mail modes. The
materials of study for both courses are the
same, whether correspondence is via mail or
e-mail.

Course Details

The Foundation
E-Vedanta Course will be for a period of one year.

The course comprises twenty-four fortnightly lessons.

After enrollment
to Foundation E-Vedanta Course, we will mail you 1st set of
lesson and a questionnaire to your email address mentioned
in your application form along with your registration number
as your user ID and password.

Send us your
E-answers only by email to vedantacourses@chinfo.org with
Subject "Answer for Lesson Set __ and (your Reg. No.)" by
due date. Any postal correspondence with regards to this
will not be encouraged.

After your
answers are duly checked by us, the same will be returned to
you for your observations. A grade will be assigned to you
for that set of lesson.

A new set of
lessons will be emailed to you after completion of each set.

Students can view their
lesson course status,
and can get there
current set of lesson by
logging
(www.chinfo.org/e_vedanta/evLogin.asp)

Those
who successfully
complete the course will
be given a certificate
of merit, signed by
Swami Tejomayananda,
Head of the Chinmaya
Mission Worldwide. This
will be sent by post.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya
teachers can pay a
discounted fee of
IRs.500 and alumni of
