The Advanced Sanskrit Course – Postal Mode aims to impart to students a thorough knowledge of the Sanskrit language, using English as the medium of instruction. The course focuses on the grammatical elements, syntactic rules, sentence construction, language family and so on. On successful completion of the course, the student will have an in-depth understanding of Sanskrit and will develop a flair towards reading Sanskrit literary works.
Chinmaya International Foundation takes care to process the payments as per the instructions given by the users online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous payments or if the user wants to cancel the payments, our team will respond within 5-6 working days upon getting the valid request for the refund from the users. Course Objectives and Rewards
The course comprises 40 lessons to be covered at the rate of 2 lessons a month. A total duration of 20 months is required for the completion of the course. However, depending on the entry-level capability and aptitude of a student, the course plan can be modified to suit specific skill sets. Once the registration modalities have been completed, CIF will courier the lessons to the students.Each lesson contains a set of exercises, which students are expected to complete. The student is then required to courier his/her completed lesson for assessment by the Tutor.
Receipt of the next set of lessons by the student will depend on the speed of his response in sending back the answer sheets. Able and enthusiastic students can thus complete the course in a shorter duration as well.

In Postal mode the lessons will be sent by post, the answers need to be sent back by post. Grades can be viewed online.
Home Study Course Scholarship Initiative
Envisioned to be a platform to impart knowledge, CIF has always made it a point to make the courses accessible to all the sincere seekers. Students, who are keen to pursue a particular course, but have difficulty affording the course fee, can send an email to the Director: homestudycourses@chinfo.org stating the same. They will be given financial assistance to enrol for the course based on the genuineness of request, keenness to study and eligibility.
