18 Chapter of Bhagavad Gita.

The 18th chapter of the Bhagavad Gita – Mokṣasannyāsa Yoga is known as ’Yoga of Liberation through Renunciation’. This chapter, consisting of 78 verses, serves as the concluding discourse in the Gita, summarising and synthesising the key teachings from the previous chapters. Chapter 18 indicates how the three personalities - sattvic, rajasic and tamasic, in their variations, create differences among individuals, in sacrifice, wisdom, actions, fortitude and happiness. The Bhagavad Gita, particularly Chapter 18, encapsulates various paths to spiritual realization, including the paths of knowledge, devotion, and selfless action, ultimately leading to liberation (moksha) from the cycle of birth and death.

The teachings of this chapter emphasize the importance of understanding one's duty (dharma), performing it selflessly, and surrendering the fruits of actions to the Divine, leading to spiritual growth and liberation.
