‘Guru’ is a Sanskrit word that literally means one who frees us from ignorance. Since ancient times, the Guru has had a special place in the lives of seekers. All the holy books of Hinduism sing the glories of Guruparampara and the extraordinary bond between Gurus with their disciples.
