Cutting Through the Veil of Superimposition
Adhyasa Bhashya is Sri Sankara’s profound introduction to the Brahma Sutras, wherein he expounds how superimposition (adhyasa) forms the very root of human misunderstanding.
This webinar explores the nature of adhyasa – how the mind mixes the Self with the not-Self, how confusion about identity begins, and the subtle mechanism by which this projection shapes our experience of the world.
Through clear and systematic guidance, the sessions will show how adhyasa alone creates bondage: suffering, limitation, fear, and a sense of incompleteness. Equally, they reveal how the simple recognition of this superimposition – seeing the Self as it truly is – becomes the doorway to Liberation. Understanding adhyasa is not just philosophical, it is the central key to Advaita Vedanta.
This webinar is ideal for students who want a strong foundation in Vedanta and for seekers who wish to understand the cause of bondage and the path to freedom with clarity.
