Kena-Upanishad-2025_V2

Kena Upanishad, part of Sama Veda, is one among the ten Principal Upanishads. This Upanishad, presented in the form of a dialogue between the Guru and Shishya (disciple), deals primarily with the nature of the Self, and the path to its Realisation by giving the aspirant the knowledge of Brahman, the ultimate reality (Brahma-vidya). It has profound analytical and precise metaphysical presentation, which leads one’s mind from gross to subtle through impeccable logic.

This Upanishad has four chapters – the first two chapters expound the knowledge of the nature of the individual; the third chapter has a story in the form of a moral lesson and continues into the fourth chapter, eventually ending with contemplation on the highest Truth.
