Chinmaya International Foundation (CIF) welcomes you for a Webinar in Tamil on Manusmriti Part 1 – A Manual for Life facilitated by Swami Ramakrishnananda, author of CIF’s Easy Sanskrit Course.

Manusmriti, consisting of 12 Chapters, is a manual for life that plays an important role in our daily life. This webinar, the first of the 3-part series, covers Chapters 1 to 4.

Class Attendance Guidelines
Students are advised not to miss any class, and if they do miss for any inevitable reasons, they are required to catch up with recordings before attending the next class.
If one is unable to attend the Webinar sessions one can watch the recorded sessions that will be made available on the dashboard.

About the Facilitator

Swami Ramakrishnananda, residential Acharya, Chinmaya Mission, Nagapattinam. He is an excellent orator and a teacher of Sanskrit, has a very unique and jovial way of teaching. 

He hails from Chennai and holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He was inspired by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandaji’s ideals and talks and joined the Tamil Vedanta course at Tamaraipakkam, near Chennai, under the guidance of Swami Sridharanandaji in 1993. He was given Bramachari Deeksha and Sanyasa Deeksha in 1995 and 2010 respectively by Swami Tejomayananda ji. 

He was first posted in Chinmaya Mission, Trichy as residential Acharya. His further successive posting locations are Sri Lanka, Coimbatore, Re-Union Island, presently serving at Nagapattinam. He is visiting frequently to United States of America to teach Sanskrit. His masterpieces is the “Easy Sanskrit Course” level one and Level two, which has come as an aid for the bloomers in learning Sanskrit. 

He conducts public yagnas (spiritual talks) on Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Ramayana, Srimad Bhagavata, and Mahabharata. He conducts spiritual classes for teachers and value education classes for the students of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Nagapattinam and also in other schools.

He has co-ordinated the colour water mosaic Guinness world record programme to commemorate the centenary celebration of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayandaji in the year 2016. Presently he is pursuing PhD in Philosophy in Amrita University, Kollam, Kerala.
