Sadhana Sopana

Sadhana Sopana, a set of four texts covered in these discourses, contains original compositions in Sanskrit by Pujya

Guruji Swami Tejomayananda, and each of these gems are an aid in the path to the seeker’s spiritual unfoldment. It is a brilliant guide for all the sincere seekers of Liberation.

The four texts are: Manah-shodhanam, Jnana-sara, Dhyana-svarupam and Bhakti-sudha.
A seeker initially needs to purify his/her mind (Manah-shodhanam). A pure mind, free from likes and dislikes alone, is capable of grasping the essence of Self-knowledge (Jnana-sara). Knowledge takes deep root through the practice of meditation (Dhyana-svarupam). The spiritual practice culminates in the gain of the nectar of devotion (Bhakti-sudha).

Br. Ved Chaitanya has expounded on each of these gems in a lucid and simple language during the one-year residential Vedanta Sadhaka Course held at Adi Sankara Nilayam in 2021-22.
