Samvada Suktas of the Rigveda

A Samvada is a conversation to express different feelings like gratitude, compassion, affection, love and concern for the

other. Samvada-suktas in the Rigveda portray an interaction between the human and the divine.

In these lectures, Prof. Gauri Mahulikar, Academic Director, CIF, expounds on five Vedic suktas with their word-to-word meaning, etymology and English translation. She unravels the myths giving logical and relevant perspectives on the five unique dialogues in the form of hymns – the 'Samvada Suktas of the Rigveda'.

This album contains lectures by Prof. Mahulikar recorded during the hybrid camp held in January 2023 at Adi Sankara Nilayam.
