Shishyanushasanam of Taittiriya-upanishad

‘Shishyanushasanam’, a portion of Taittiriya-upanishad, is a set of commandments of the Vedic way of living. It is the Convocation address that was delivered to the students when they returned home after their studies in the gurukula. Stunningly rich in its depth and content, this convocation address systematically concludes with seven key commandments to the students, to guide their attitudes, behaviour and conduct, whereby they can continue to nurture the subtle and divine Vedic culture.
