The Arjuna Disease: Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1
- Description

Grief, it is said, can be a powerful trigger for transformation. Arjuna’s grief, arising from attachment and misunderstanding, is representative of the grief hidden in our hearts, which cripples us from within (flight & fright) at the very moment we are asked to take action (fight). This condition of Arjuna detailed in Chapter 1 of the Bhagavad Gita is not new. It lies dormant within each of us and appears when we are poised to act, crippling us of our capabilities. Thus, Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1 sets the tone for the teachings that follow.
In this album, Brni. Taarini Chaitanya expounds on Chapter 1 covering the following topics:
- Introduction to the Bhagavad Gita with Gita Dhyanam
- Chapter 1: Exploration of the ‘Arjuna-disease’
This album contains discourses by Brni. Taarini Chaitanya recorded during the webinar on Bhagavad Gita – Introduction and Chapter 1 at Adi Sankara Nilayam from 11 March to 10 April 2024.
