Increasingly Practicing action without ulterior motives helps purifying the mind and removing our own blocks to further our progress fast. And even when results are showered as Grace, beyond being in a state of gratitude its important not to be absorbed in it so as not to get stuck there. Its my inner I which I need to hold on to as my substratum.

I try seeing what is the common factor between others and me, for really we have been learning that there is no difference between others and me.
When I do this, I am grounded. Seeing me grounded, even in my silence or not being very vocal, this is the message supposedly taken by the one who initially reacted. Others reacting or not does not matter as much as whether I have responded instead of reacting. Others are anyways our mirrors. So its an opportunity in learning to connect within. Maintaining mundane routines is important in so far that it acts as a buffer.
