Shivapuranam Webinar

Manikkavasagar, an unwavering devotee of Lord Shiva who thrived in the 9th century, underwent a profound spiritual transformation that found expression in his heartfelt hymns. These poetic expressions, collectively known as ‘Tiruvasagam’, are a testament to his deep love, unwavering devotion and complete surrender to Lord Shiva.

Comprising 51 compositions, the first being Shivapuranam, Tiruvasagam glorifies Lord Shiva and delves into profound themes such as the various embodiments of Jivatma, the journey towards the Guru, the Lord’s multifaceted activities, human embodiment, and enlightenment through divine grace.

Shivapuranam, the inaugural hymn, serves as a spiritual guide with the assurance that those who chant it with comprehension will attain Shiva-loka and rejoice in the divine presence of Lord Shiva. Through 28 sessions, Swami Anuttamanandaji effectively communicates the intricacies of these profound topics in a simple and easily understandable manner, paving the way for individuals to immerse themselves in the magnificence of Lord Shiva.
