In the fast-changing world of today, young minds often seek clarity, direction, and meaning in life. Rooted in the timeless teachings of Vedanta, this session helps the youth understand how ancient values can illuminate modern living, transforming confusion into clarity and potential into purpose.

Topic 1: Sadhana Panchakam

Sadhana Panchakam composed by Sri Adi Sankaracharya, is a profound spiritual guide that presents forty practical instructions for seekers on the path of Self-knowledge. In just five verses, this timeless text encapsulates the essence of Vedantic living – emphasising discipline, devotion, self-reflection, scriptural study, and meditation. It serves as a concise roadmap for transforming daily life into a journey towards inner purity, wisdom, and liberation.

Topic 2: Tattvabodha

Tattvabodha, composed by Sri Adi Sankaracharya, is a foundational text of Advaita Vedanta that introduces the essential principles required for Self-enquiry and spiritual growth. Written in a clear and systematic question-and-answer format, it defines key terms such as the Self, three bodies, five sheaths, three states of experience, and the qualifications of a spiritual seeker.
