Essence of Yoga Vasishtha Webinar

The Yoga Vasistha Sara Sangraha is a simplified and condensed version of the much larger Yoga Vasistha, capturing its most important ideas in short, powerful verses. It shows a clear and direct path to liberation by helping us understand how our mind works, realise our true nature, and live with a sense of detachment from life’s ups and downs. The text explains that the world we see around us is shaped by our own mind, it constantly changes and has no permanent reality.
Through practical advice, it encourages us to learn to differentiate between what is real and what is temporary, to avoid getting caught up in the endless chase for pleasure or fear of pain, and to regularly reflect on our own true nature through self-inquiry. By this, we can free ourselves from ignorance, experience lasting inner peace, and live in the joy of Self-realisation. This text acts as a handy spiritual guide, offering wisdom that anyone, whether deeply spiritual or just curious, can apply in everyday life to live with more clarity, calm, and purpose.
