National Workshop on Manuscriptology and Palaeography (Video Pen Drive)

Advanced Level National Workshop on Manuscriptology and Palaeography dealt with the teaching of scripts (Grantha, Sharada and Nandinagari), history of writing traditions, transcription, collation and preparation of a critical edition of texts and editing, adopting methods for conservation (practical) and preservation (digitisation) of manuscripts. Two texts of different areas were critically edited by the participants under the guidance of senior faculty/resource persons.
