Paryaaptam has two meanings: limited (smaller) & sufficient. Aparyaaptam too has two meanings: unlimited (larger) & not sufficient. As explained in the talk, Duryodhana is having conflicting emotions of ego and fear. This conflict is shown by the opposite meanings that come out of these words. He thinks that the Kaurava army is bigger, but not sufficient. Whereas, the Pandava army is smaller, yet sufficient. The first meaning shows his ego and the second meaning shows his fear. Hope this clarifies.
