ParticipantFirst one gains purity of mind through Karma Yoga.Such a purified mind is ready for Knowledge.
Then, through Sravana & Manana Knowledge is comprehended & becomes clear without any doubt.
Through Nidhidhyasana abidance in that knowledge happens.So karma yoga which leads to purity of mind is the first step for spiritual wisdom.

ParticipantIncreasingly Practicing action without ulterior motives helps purifying the mind and removing our own blocks to further our progress fast. And even when results are showered as Grace, beyond being in a state of gratitude its important not to be absorbed in it so as not to get stuck there. Its my inner I which I need to hold on to as my substratum.
