      Hari Om!

Please guide me through these questions and could you please let me know why the specified answers were wrong for the following assessment questions?

1.)For the question: Why is option “D” not correct?

      6. What is ‘adhyātma’?
a.)The presence of the supreme Reality in me
      b.)Mind
      c.)The Self
d.)The assemblage of body, senses, prāṇas and mind
      e.)None of the above

As it’s written in the material ” Adhyaatmam deham sariram adhikrtya”, (adhikrtya means with reference to that body)i.e self that expresses through the body, senses, and mind, Isn’t it the assemblage of body, senses, prana and mind with the underlying substratum of pure consciousness?

2.) For question 7: Why is the option primordial being (Purusha) wrong?

      7. What is ‘adhibhūta’?
      a.)The primordial being (puruṣa)

Isn’t Adhibhuta, the physical manifestation of Hiranyagarbha or Purusha when Adhidiava relates to the subtler aspect(dieties) of Sutratma or Hiranyagarbha or Purusha? all the while knowing that Purusha/Hiranyagarbha/primordial being is the manifestation of the Lord or the supreme consciousness?

3.) Why is the option “The witness consciousness” incorrect for the following question?

      9. What is ‘adhiyajña’?

Regarding Yajna, The Performer, For whom the yajna is done and That gives results of the performance of yajna is Lord himself who is The ultimate witness consciousness right?

4.) One last question, Why is the following option correct?
15.) Which of the following statements are true regarding the next birth?
a.) One has no control over one’s last thought for it is but an expression of one’s
      dominant urges.

Actions performed or modified(for good/devotional thoughts) during the lifetime could CONTROL the last thought which ultimately leads to the cessation of the birth-death cycle, how can we say that there’s no control over the last thought due to dominant urges? It could be a dominant urge to know/remember the Lord or he/she might be in her path of krama-mukti/Jeevan mukti.

      Thank you for your assistance!

      Hari Om!

Were these questions answered somewhere else? My responses are as follows:

      For #1 (question 6)
Adhyatma is not the assemblage but that which expresses through or enlivens the assemblage. It is like saying “I am father/mother w.r.t my child” where I am not the child, but someone identified through the child’s relationship to me.

      For #2 (question 7)
Adhibhuta is everything that is perishable. Manifestations also end, so can’t be a manifestation of something else like Hiranyagarbha.

      For #3
Witness consciousness is only partially correct. He is the enabler, enjoyer and the witness i.e. all aspects of a Yagna must be included.

      For #4
Think of an arrow being released. The shooter has control until the arrow is released, but once released shooter has no control i.e. it is under the control of its own laws. In the same way, the last moment is like an arrow that has already been released.

      Thanks
