      Hari Om,

      In Questionnaire 7, Question#26, correct answer for “The infinite God-principle is:” is given as The pure sattva (unactivity)
      However, isn’t the God-principle nirguna? i.e. beyond all three gunas?

      Hari Om. Brahman is beyond the gunas. However, Isvara or the God-Principle is Brahman + Maya with mostly Sattva and traces of rajas and tamas. The creation, sustenance and destruction power of Isvara comes from this.
      Please see the diagram on page 6 of lesson 13.
